Imam holds his Master of Science in Information Technology from University of Glasgow. Presentation will be in Bahasa. \nAddy Darmawan\, a VP Engineering at KUDO\, will explain on how to build and scale the engineering team in KUDO from small to big\, also he will share some obstacles he found during his journey in leading the engineering team at KUDO.\nAddy Darmawan is a VP Engineering at KUDO\, former Supervising Engineering at ICE House and CTO at Netzme. He spent 13 years designing and developing systems for well-known companies like Sun Microsystem Indonesia\, Ramayana\, Reliance Securities\, and Sucorinvest. The past few years he has been focusing on building a scalable team\, keeping agility in growing team size.\nAddy holds his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
