OVERVIEW :
In an exclusive Scale Jakarta meetup, hosted by KUDO, Imam Reiza Fahlevi, a Technical Program Manager from Bukalapak, will present “Scale-up your Agile with Technical Program Manager Role” and Addy Darmawan, VP Engineering from KUDO, will present how to “Building and Scalling Engineering Team with KUDO”.

The presentations will begin promptly at 7:00pm, and will end at roughly 8:45pm. There will be a short question and answer period after each presentation. Doors open at 6:30pm. Please come on time, before 7:00pm!

ABOUT SPEAKERS AND PRESENTATIONS :

Imam Reiza Fahlevi, a Technical Program Manager at Bukalapak, will explain an overview on how the TPM at Bukalapak advances the current agile process, also some shorts of cases on the current Cloud Migration process.
Imam had previously worked for XL Axiata as a Project Manager for over a year, 2 years each in NEC Corporation and Fujitsu as a Technical Solutions Engineer. Imam holds his Master of Science in Information Technology from University of Glasgow. Presentation will be in Bahasa.

Addy Darmawan, a VP Engineering at KUDO, will explain on how to build and scale the engineering team in KUDO from small to big, also he will share some obstacles he found during his journey in leading the engineering team at KUDO.
Addy Darmawan is a VP Engineering at KUDO, former Supervising Engineering at ICE House and CTO at Netzme. He spent 13 years designing and developing systems for well-known companies like Sun Microsystem Indonesia, Ramayana, Reliance Securities, and Sucorinvest. The past few years he has been focusing on building a scalable team, keeping agility in growing team size.
Addy holds his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington. Presentation will be in Bahasa.
